Laser profiling allows great flexibility in manufacturing complex shapes from a variety of materials, quickly and accurately. Our 10kW Bystronic Bystar Fiber 3015 laser provides cost efficient sheet metal profiling by utilising fibre laser technology. We can cut a variety of thicknesses ranging from 0.9mm - 25mm.

With our Amada HFE M2 1703 CNC Press Brake, we can introduce folded features into your sheet metal parts, allowing you the option to reduce the part count in your fabrications. We utilise a custom calibrated gauge allowance table for SolidWorks, these services are available on request.   

South West Engineering and Fabrications welders are fully certified to conduct CE marking and can provide traceability.                                     

To assist in streamlining your manufacturing & assembly process, South West Engineering & Fabrications can supply your parts and fabrications in a natural, galvanised, powder coated or painted surface finish. If your parts require an alternative surface coating such as anodising, we can arrange to have this completed prior to shipping your order.

Plasma profiling is for parts that are too thick for our laser, over 25mm. Plasma cutting offers the same high quality capabilities of the laser. 

At South West Engineering and Fabrications Ltd, we offer multi axis CNC milling services for your complex, high precision components.                                                         

We can manufacture your turned components using the CNC Lathe from a variety of metallic materials. It allows basic machining operations such as turning and drilling to be carried out as on a conventional lathe providing our customers with accurate intricate parts.                                       

Our metalwork guillotine operates by a clamp securing the sheet of material. Similar to the action of scissors, the blade shears the material, starting at one side of the sheet.

Our hydraulic 15kW guillotine provides a precise high powered and efficient service. Precision – the back gauge with an adjustable range of 1,000 mm, and modern CNC control with touch screen ensures accuracy for our customers sheet metal fabrications.                                                             

We can offer media blasting with a variety of different granules, depending on your projects needs.
